Real Female Murderers

Well yeah, our inspiration is indeed women who have killed there partners, and sometimes their whole families. I am not going to lie it is really interesting to read about, and definitely will help us decide how in fact we are going to kill off our male character.

Martha Wise The Borgia of America, Martha Wise, Ohio. The story of 39 year old women who was in love with a younger man.  Wise's family did far from approve of this, so Martha took things into her own hands. Her plan was to poison with arsenic, which relates to our idea because we want to use products that will be in the kitchen so it is a realistic killing. In the end Martha said the devil made her do it... creepy.  http://murderpedia.org/female.W/w/wise-martha.htm Bobbie Sue Terrell A little different this time, she did not kill her family, but she killed 12 nursing home residents,working as a carer herself. She was a diagnosed schizophrenic, and one day injected insulin into her patients body. Narrative Events

Yes, at this moment in time, we only have 18 shots in mind. It will build as we get more inspiration and our idea comes to life.

•  We start with a birds eye view shot of a girl’s hand making a drinks, and the ingredients
• It cuts to a close up of the girl’s face but there is a view of him at the table, over her shoulder
• The focus changes from being only in focus on her close up to being and then the focus shifts to being on the man over her shoulder, eating, sitting at the table
• Over the shoulder shot of man at the table, can see the girl walking towards him in the background
• Shot from under the table from the man’s feet of her walking towards him with the drinks
• medium shot of her putting the glass on the table
• Close up of the girl’s face
• Shot of her walking to her seat - camera moves with her
• Once sat down, shot of the girl from the other side of the table seat - Mans Point of View shot

The dry sense of humor and wit in Snatch and Lockstock is perfect for our character. She will be pretending to be a posh house wife but really is a cockney girl, with a quick sense of humour. She will have a dialogue speaking over the opening sequence just to show her ideas on how she will kill her husband. Plus she is very prim and proper looking and when the narrative voice roles over you realize that she is not really who she has fooled everyone to be.

The way the grand Budapest is shot is so perfect. It is so quirky, with bird-eye shots, closeups. Wes anderson constantly thinks about the composition of his film. Every shot is a beautiful clear and crisp photograph. With our cinematography this is what I hope to achieve.
